What we process and why

From the contact form we process your name, email address, your company name, any details about the tools you use, and the text of your message. When you book an intro call we process your name, email address, the chosen time and any note you write; it is stored as an event in our calendar and Google sends you an invitation. They serve only to let us reply to you and agree on possible work together.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. We do not ask for consent, because without these details we simply have no way to answer you.

How long we keep it

Two years from our last communication. If an enquiry turns into a contract, retention follows accounting and archiving law.

Who receives it

We pass it only to those without whom the form and booking would not work:

• Vercel Inc. — running the site and processing the submitted form or booking
• Resend (EU region) — delivering the message to our mailbox and the confirmation of receipt to you
• Google Ireland Ltd. — the mailbox the message ends up in, and the calendar the booked call is written to (including the Google Meet link)

We do not sell it and we do not give it to anyone for marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Resend is configured to a European region, so messages do not leave the EU. Vercel and Google are companies established outside the EU; those transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

We use none. Traffic is measured with a tool that stores no cookies and does not track individuals — which is why you will not find a consent banner on this site. We do not track you across sites and we run no third-party advertising or analytics scripts.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Just write to info@runsmooth.dev — we reply within one month.

Supervisory authority

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk.
