- Hardware, merch and business cards lived in a shared spreadsheet. Nobody knew where anything was, and the annual stocktake took days.

The spreadsheet worked while the company had one branch. At fifteen it became a list nobody trusted.
The new system rests on a single rule: every item always has an owner and a location. Changes are written to a history, so it is always clear who took what and when.
